Armour Studios, a digital start-up company when this project was completed, is an online platform connecting content creators and freelancers. Currently, there is a lack of trust between freelancers and content creators due to potential scams. The problem Armour Studios solves is the lack of reliable sources for finding trustworthy freelancers to complete design work, such as video editing, streaming overlays, or motion graphics. On the other hand, it also provides a secure and reliable platform for freelancers to reach out to potential clients, without coming off as a scam or untrustworthy.

I was hired as a motion designer to animate Armour Studios’ existing logo. The final animation combines core concepts related to the brand’s purpose and value proposition.

In Armour Studios’ logo animation, I wanted to reflect the brand’s commitment to providing a stable and secure platform for both content creators and freelancers to scale their operations.

Each animated element was chosen to create a sense of stability, security, and scalability, aligning with Armour Studios’ intentions, values, and value proposition.

The centerpiece of the logo acts as a platform, building up to support what comes next. This choice ties the animation into Armour Studios’ stability.

The circle surrounding the centerpiece represents security, as it wraps around and guards the platform.

Lastly, the sharp branch shapes move upwards along the circle. While this element also represents security, the animation itself was inspired by scalability. The shapes grow upwards from the base, suggesting the logo is branching out or blooming. This element represents the brand's commitment to providing safe opportunities and growth for its users.
